My Petticoat :)

Browm skirt con fondo

I am so excited about my little  petticoat. You can't really see it here but it is "him" what makes my skirt look like a bell :) After some  search here and there I found it at the Rose Bowl Flea Market about a month ago. It is vintage, I payed $15 for it and it looks like it has never been used. With this new friend in my closet I can now turn any regular skirt into something a little more interesting. Plus I can also wear it for Halloween. Yay! My life after the new petticoat  is going to be lots of fun :)

Mushroom Skirt

Mushroom skirt con fondo

This dulce de leche mushroom skirt is almost edible. I love it as much as Diego does. There is something about the shape that makes Diego smile, he looks at me and smiles with a big interrogation sign on top of his head. I wish that I could open the tiny door to his mind to see what he thinks about this skirt :)

Belt Love :)

Pants con fondo

This new belt is so perfect, it was love at first sight. As soon as I saw it I knew that it was going to be part of my life. Right here you can see him making my top and pants get along very well. Also, notice how he sends little kisses to my shoes down there, they like each other from the distance because they have a lot in common. Dear accessories, thank you so much for the little magic :) Life is a lot more interesting when you're part of it :)  xo xo xo

* B R O W N *Down-to-Earth:Brown is a natural, down-to-earth neutral color. It is found in earth, wood, and stone.

Culture of Brown:

Brown represents wholesomeness and earthiness. While it might be considered a little on the dull side, it also represents steadfastness, simplicity, friendliness, dependability, and health. Although blue is the typical corporate color, UPS (United Parcel Service) has built their business around the dependability associated with brown.

Using Brown with Other Colors:
Shades of brown coupled with green are an especially earthy pair. Very dark brown can replace black, adding a slightly warmer tone to some palettes. Brighten brown with a mellow yellow or rusty orange
Brown Words: These words are synonymous with brown or represent various shades of the color brown.

Sienna, bay, sand, wood, dapple, auburn, chestnut, nut-brown, cinnamon, russet, tawny, chocolate, tan, brunette, fawn, liver-colored, mahogany, oak, bronze, terra-cotta, toast, umber, cocoa, coffee, copper, ecru, ginger, hazel, khaki, ochre, puce, snuff-colored.

I used to be afraid of Brown when I was a lot younger but now I love it. Brown is in the special list of colors that makes me feel relaxed and calm :) And I just need to add that my Mother in Law Joan makes the best brownies ever! Over here in our family we are her number one fans!

Have a wonderful day my friend!Elsita :)
