Birdie Pin :)
Yay!
It's Monday, the first day of June and I am back blogging! How excited I am to see you again!
And today I wanted to show you a tiny pin that I made for myself a couple of weeks ago. Here is my tiny blue birdie :)
These are the materials that I used: polymer clay (bird and flowers), vintage crystals (bird eye and center of the flowers), metal findings (branches) and one red glass bead for the hanging fruit.
I always had this idea of combining different materials in a piece like this and I am so happy that I made it happen :)
I painted the polymer clay on the back of the pin with gold enamel to make it look like metal. This little pin looks so cute in person!
Tomorrow I will show you another little birdie pin that I made. My pin collection is growing so much! 80% of my pieces are vintage found on Etsy and the flea market. One day I need to photograph all of them so I can share my little treasures with you.
Now have a great Monday my friend! It is hard to believe that it is June already!
Love!
Elsita :)
