Action is important. We can't do the things that we want to do by just thinking. Action is a magic thing. As soon as we move into action we feel a sense of purpose that keeps us going. One little action at a time is all it takes to change the world (our world).

i experienced this so fully today
I woke up after a restless night filled with strange dreams feeling like the life had been sucked out of me
I was exhausted, aching and I had absolutely no motivation but I got out of bed, had a aromatherapy bath, forced myself outdoors for a walk in the cold sunshine and the day was already much improved.
I got so many things done I have been butting on the back burner and I had a lilith visit as the icing on the cake.
