Last night I went trick-or-treating with the kids in our neighborhood. Every time Diego got a new candy he said: I can't believe it! This is the best Halloween ever! Natalie was our guide. She made sure that our path was illuminated with her flashlight.
Deciding what costumes to wear is a loooong and complicated process for them, each one has one million ideas about what to wear. They draw the ideas, or describe them so I can make sketches... But they end up wearing something simple and not super original :) The best part for them is always the ideas.
Diego had a favorite idea for a costume this year: he wanted to be a teenager. But he couldn't figure out how to put it together so he gave up. His ideas are always original and most of the time hard to bring to reality, but for sure they're always lots of fun :)
This is the first year that we spend Halloween without Bill. He said that over there in New York City there was the biggest Halloween parade that he ever saw in his life!
