My First Embroidery Piece is Finished!

 

Yay! My first adventure in embroidery as art is finished. This piece has been already purchased by an art collector. It will be leaving for the new home very soon. The shadow box measures: 11" x 15" x 1 3/4".

I cannot wait to start my second project in this exciting medium.

It has become a stunning piece Elsita. How did you get the idea to pin it to the background? It works really well since there is also beadwork on it. The quote on the little cushion, which becomes the path one walks, is just a great idea and it is a great quote. How often did I use the word great?

Inizialmente tutti osannavano The Conduit perch gli aoturi mostravano di avere l'intenzione di spremere fino in fondo le potenzialit grafiche della console : per la maggior parte degli utenti questo bastava a giustificarne l'acquisto, il gameplay, la trama e l'originalit non sono discussi nemmeno lontanamente in alcuno dei commenti qui elencati, il che equivale a dire "Purch non sfiguri graficamente, lo compro".Poi nel corso dei mesi, grazie ai vari trailer si iniziato a delineare un magior spessore della struttura narrativa, nonch del gameplay, il che un bene ma non comunque fondamentale: "The Conduit" sar un immenso successo commerciale su scala planetaria a prescindere in quanto non esiste un possibile rivale a contendersi i soldi dell'utenza (Metroid Prime 3 ha gi un anno e mezzo sul groppone e gli appassionati lo hanno gi finito in tutte le salse), inoltre il 2009 si sta rivelando avaro di sorprese Insomma, faccio il tifo per High Voltage nella speranza che non deluda le nostre aspettative ma, siamo sinceri, in un contesto normale in cui i giochi di qualit non si facciano desiderare, probabilmente non lo avremmo desiderato a tal punto

anche gli utlimi sneercshot sembrano confermare le impressioni fin qui maturate: eccellente realizzazione dei nemici (sia per design che per modellazione), ottimi anche gli effetti particellari, gli shader e l'illuminazione in generale mentre le ambientazione sembrano scarsamente ispirate artisticamente e, tuttosommato, molto povere per poligoni e texture (ma sembra non ci sia ombra di aliasing).se manterranno la fludit all'altezza di quanto visto nei video, credo che visivamente dovrebbe rendere pi di quando non avvenga con immagini statiche. attendo con molto ottimismo questo gioco, l'apetto grafico mi interessa fino ad un certo punto (purch la machina sia sfruttata a dovere, come sembra avvenga in questo caso) mentre mi aspetto una elevata giocabilit . rimane solo un rimpianto: se high voltage, che comunque una casa minore e con ridotte capacit d'investimento, riuscita ad ottenre questi risultati, ci avessero provato capcom o ea, minchia, che gioco usciva fuori!
