Here is a little gift for you. I drew these two scenes in case you feel like starting a fun embroidery project.
Some of the things that you could use this patterns for are:
*A bag with a simple shape and the embroidery on the front.
*A decorative pillow for your sofa or bed.
*Framed embroidery art.
*An apron.
*A skirt.
*The front or back of a simple shirt.
If you have any other suggestions I would love to hear them!
I hope that you enjoy these patterns :)

(If you ever embroider any of these designs I would LOVE to see a picture of it)

Thanks so much for you free embroidery patterns. Have another suggestion. When you want to hang your embroidery piece but not with a frame you can knit or crochet a background in the colour and shape of your chosing, sew the embroidery piece on it and staple it around the shape you chose.
Have a great weekend and I wish everybody a lot of fun while holding their needle.

OH WOW...thank you Elsa...
These are fabulous!
If I have time I will use them...if not perhaps my girls can use them as colouring pages...until I figure out how to add an hour on to my day!

That's a great idea Elizabeth!
Thanks a lot for sharing it with us.
I want to embroider one of these 2 patterns.
It could be something to work on 5 minutes at a time for a long period of time until it is finished.
:)

I have only just discovered your site through 'surfin' around craft-type sites and wow, I am sooooo impressed. You are just SUCH a talented lady and hopefully, I will conquer one of these embroideries. If so, I most certainly will send a pic on to you. Thank you once again, Carol in sunny Cape Town, SA

Your comments about responding to email is so heartfelt and beautiful that I think it would make an ideal template in a book for students (or others) about how to keep humane connections honored in a fast-paced sometimes rude world. Thanks Elsa, for once again showing us how to be connected even when time
skips away at lightening speed.

I am always astounded at your talent, I wish I could embroider, I would try these! I just started trying to learn how to knit...I gave up after 2 weeks. But maybe I'll start back up, and maybe I'll embroider. :) That actually seems a little easier?
