Find the Giveaway on the bottom of this post.
Yay! I was finally able to create the second set of papercut patterns for you. The first one is here.
These 4 hearts are beautiful in person and easy to cut. All you need is:
* A number 11 X-Acto knife (or the knife of your preference).
* And some scissors. (These are great!)
Step one: Place the pattern on the cutting mat.
Step two: Using the X-Acto knife, cut out the pink areas inside the design first. This is a relaxing activity; very enjoyable if you take your time. No rush here.
And step three: Carefully cut the silhouette around the heart with your scissors. No rush here as well, just go little by little.

My 7 year old Luci makes so many "papel picado" masks, free hand, with scissors. They are really amazing. And when I found you and saw your paper cuts, I thought of Luci. I showed her your work, and she was so mesmerized and happy. These new ones are beautiful. The girl and boy with bird wings is very smart.

Wow! I love them and can't wait to try them out--the one of the girl and boy inspires me to have my mother try and make a wedding sampler around a similar theme (I lost one to a mold invasion that my grandmother made using two birds facing each other). The tiny house reminds me of our house as we have a giant ficus tree right in front just like that, with a cute little front window and lots of blackbirds! These are so perfect for us!
