Blank Book Project (Day 9)

Ghosts_2

Gost_copy

Tiny ghost by Elsita, I made it using a sox that I got a the 99 Cents Store.

Doll_paper

Happy ghost made my Natalie using construction paper and a black pen.

Cuerpos

The Spoon Family :)
This three characters are the product of a Margot-Elsita-Natalie collaboration.

My Mom and I share this idea:
If you're feeling sad try to create something silly with your hands and you will immediately feel better. That's what we did yesterday and it really worked and that's what we wrote about in the little book for Natalie.

We are feeling much better today :)
Our little book is such a wonderful way to put our energy into something positive.
Thank you sooo much for your comments from yesterday, they mean a lot to us.

See you tomorrow :)
Elsita, Margot and Natalie.

How cute Elsita! I'm going to have to remember that and pass it along to all I know. It reminds me of a childrens song."Make a silly face, make a silly face, if you're feeling blue and don't know what to do, then make a silly face" haha I used that song to accompany a cute little video of our family and friends all making silly faces.

I love this post and this is exactly what I do when I am feeling down or stressed about work or life. I can handle quite a lot but occasionally I can feel overwhelmed . If I create something , especially a gift for someone special it really lifts my spirit. The other things that do this are gardening, walking in the woods and believe it or not cleaning some or all of the house.

I am so glad you are feeling better today and I was so sad yesterday when I heard about Anthony passing on. He was so young and vibrant. He will be missed!!! I spent the day knitting another kitty cat and feel better today too. :)

I like the little ghost...is that a golden halo on it's head held in place by the clothes pins?

Beautiful!!!!!!!

I'm loving all the entries in your blank book. So good.

This project is getting better each day!!! I love the stories behind it! So inspiring!!!! :)

I love the spoon people, they have so much character!
